For a while, I’ve been quiet. Life has a way of taking us through seasons that reshape who we are, and this past year has been one of those for me. It was marked by domestic violence and the healing that followed. I won’t go into detail, but I want to be honest: I needed time to focus on recovery, to rebuild myself, and to find my strength again.
During that time, I leaned deeply on the tools that have always supported me—crystals, pendulums, and energy healing practices. They became more than just beautiful objects or rituals; they were anchors that helped me reconnect with myself and move through some of the hardest moments.
Now, as I return to Ivy Hazel Co., I feel called to share not only crystals but also the deeper practices, insights, and lessons that carried me through my own journey.
